GRMS Surabaya

Three applications within GRMS (Government Resource Management System) for Surabaya City Government: eBudgeting, SABK and ePayment.

• Built with Java, JasperReport, React, React Native, Vue.js, Golang, Laravel and PostgreSQL.
• Ran the on-premise infrastructure: 15+ Proxmox VMs across 5+ bare-metal servers hosting all production systems.
